Payment Method

The renter/customer is required to present a credit card or debit card for rental guarantee, even if the payment is made in cash. The rental is prepaid. Payment can be made via credit, debit, prepaid cards, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express Safekey.

Cancellations

Fully prepaid reservations canceled up to 48 hours before the rental will not incur cancellation fees. After the deadline, the renter will be charged for 1 day of the total reservation cost. All reservations will be canceled if the customer fails to contact us 1 hour past the expected start of the rental, and 100% of the rental cost will be retained.
